Friendly Paws Littles

Friendly Paws Littles is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 1011 Campbells Run Rd in Carnegie, PA, built around small and medium dogs. It specializes in dogs under 40 lbs and also boards cats, with overnight stays, doggy daycare, and grooming under one roof.

What does an overnight stay look like?

Each boarding dog gets an individual kennel space, so no dog has to share a sleeping area with a stranger. Boarders sleep on raised cot beds and can get up to three meals a day. During the day, dogs spend time in fenced-in outdoor play areas, and indoor play space is also available.

The kennel describes its approach in terms of exercise and socialization. Its website puts a lot of weight on playtime and on helping each pet feel at home during the stay.

Key services and amenities

• Overnight boarding with individual kennel spaces and private suites
• Doggy daycare with indoor and fenced outdoor play
• Grooming services
• Medication administration
• A cats-only entrance and private cat condos with a litter box

Who is it a good fit for?

Owners of smaller dogs are the clearest match, since the facility accepts small and medium dogs and focuses on pups under 40 lbs. Households with both a dog and a cat may like the separate cat setup. Cats come in through their own entrance and stay in private condos with their own litter box.
