Bow Wow Stay Now

Bow Wow Stay Now is an in-home dog boarding and daycare service in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. Dogs stay in a private home instead of a kennel, with no cages and free roam of the house and fenced yard. It suits owners who want a homey setting for a day visit or an overnight stay.

What services does Bow Wow Stay Now offer?

The service covers both daytime care and overnight boarding, so it works for a single workday or a longer trip. Small and large dogs are welcome, and so are puppies.

• Cage-free stays with free roam of the home
• A large, securely fenced yard for outdoor play
• Indoor play space as well as outdoor time
• Medication given when needed, plus special feeding accommodations
• Text and email updates with photos and videos

How is it different from a traditional kennel?

The biggest difference is the setting. Dogs spend their time in a house and yard rather than in runs or pens. The business describes its approach as treating each dog like family, and the home-based setup reflects that. Owners who are away get updates by text or email, often with photos and short videos.

Scheduling is also unusually flexible. Drop-off and pick-up can happen at any time of day or night, which helps travelers with early flights or anyone with shifting work hours.

What should owners know before booking?

Vaccinations are required for every dog. Published rates run from $35 to $60 per night. Booking is handled by phone at 412.910.2844, and questions can also go to contact@bowwowstaynow.com. Because this is a home setting, it makes sense to call ahead and talk through your dog's routine, diet and any medications.
