Panza's Home Pet Sitting Service

Panza's Home Pet Sitting Service is a pet sitter in Pittsburgh, PA. It offers in-home dog boarding at the sitter's own house, plus overnight stays and visits in the client's home. For owners comparing dog boarding in Pittsburgh, the main difference is scale. The sitter takes one family's pets at a time, so a dog never shares the space with a room full of unfamiliar dogs.

What services does Panza's offer?

The business covers most of what a dog owner needs during travel or long workdays. Options include:

• In-home boarding at the sitter's house, one family at a time
• Overnight stays in the client's home with morning and evening walks
• Client home visits lasting 30 to 45 minutes
• Dog walking, plus a pet taxi for vet trips and playdates
• Yard scoop service for weekday clients

Care goes beyond dogs. The team also looks after cats, birds, reptiles, fish and small animals, which helps households with more than one kind of pet.

How does it handle dogs with special needs?

The sitters can give medication and follow a special diet. Their website talks about fitting care to each pet's diet, behavior and temperament. That could mean a slower pace for a senior dog or extra walks for a high-energy one. Every new client starts with a meet-and-greet visit, so the dog can get to know the sitter before the first stay.

What should owners know before booking?

Published boarding rates run from $60 to $125 per night, depending on the service. Current vaccinations are required. Pickup and drop-off are available, which helps when a dog needs a ride.
