Cozy Inn Pet Resort & Spa

Cozy Inn Pet Resort & Spa is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 1600 Pet Place in Pittsburgh, PA. It also offers grooming, spa treatments and medical boarding under one roof. Dogs of every size are welcome, from small breeds to giant ones, and stays are booked by phone.

What does a stay include?

The resort presents itself as a home away from home for dogs, and its list of amenities fits that idea. Guests can stay in private suites, executive suites or the Cozy Condos. The building is climate controlled, and Steril-aires UVC units run on all of its HVAC systems.

• Indoor bone-shaped swimming pool and paw-shaped hot tub
• Hydrotherapy and water therapy
• Orchid Spa services, including massages and facials
• A 1½-acre activity center, plus field trips
• Indoor play areas and outdoor space

How does daycare work?

Daycare is built around small, personalized play groups instead of one large pack. That setup suits dogs that get overwhelmed in a crowd. It also gives staff a closer view of how each dog is doing. Owners can add grooming or spa time to a daycare visit.

Can it handle older dogs or dogs with medical needs?

Mozart Hall is the resort's medical and geriatric wing. Staff can give medications and follow special diets, which helps seniors and dogs on a strict care plan. Owners with a complicated routine should call ahead and walk through the details before booking.
