4 Pets' Sake Pet Care

4 Pets' Sake Pet Care offers in-home dog boarding and doggie daycare in La Plata, Maryland. Dogs stay overnight in a caregiver's home instead of a traditional kennel. The business also handles dog walking, pet sitting, and pickup and drop-off around Southern Maryland, so some families use it for more than one kind of care.

How does in-home boarding work here?

Overnight stays are called Bed n' Biscuit. Dogs board in a home setting with a spacious yard, toys, and dog beds, and the care is cage-free. Owners get daily photo updates while their dog is away. The website lists boarding at $65 per night.

What services are offered?

• In-home overnight boarding (Bed n' Biscuit)
• Doggie daycare with outdoor space and training
• Waggin' Wheels pick-up and drop-off transportation
• Medication administration and concierge care for senior and recovering pets
• Dog walking, plus in-home cat and small-animal sitting

What sets it apart?

This setup suits dogs that settle better in a house than in a row of runs. Senior dogs and pets that are recovering can get concierge care with closer attention, and caregivers can give medication during a stay. The transportation service helps owners whose work hours don't line up with drop-off times.

Caregivers are bonded and insured, and the team is Fear Free trained. The business belongs to Pet Sitters International and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. It also holds an A+ rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau.

How do you book a stay?

Booking is done online through the 4 Pets' Sake website. If you have questions before a first stay, call the office at (301) 203-5600 or email info@4petssakepetcare.com.
