What does a stay at WillowCreek include?

Dogs board in either 5'x5' or 5'x10' kennels, each fitted with Luxury K9 Ballistic hammock-style beds. The building is climate controlled, and a UVC air filtration and purification system keeps the air clean. Staff supervise the dogs around the clock.

The days are built around activity. Dogs get several group and individual play and potty breaks each day. They use an indoor play area and a turf-covered, fenced 50'x30' outdoor yard.

• Climate-controlled kennels in two sizes
• Turf-covered fenced play yard plus indoor play space
• Grooming services
• Medication administration
• 24/7 supervision

How does the kennel handle health and safety?

Staff are certified in K9 CPR and First Aid. The facility is sanitized with Rescue, a veterinary-recommended disinfectant. Every boarding dog must have current vaccinations, and staff can give medications during a stay.

The kennel's own description of itself is warm and hands-on, with an emphasis on calm, happy dogs. Its care is based on positive reinforcement, which suits dogs that respond better to patience and praise than to a strict, hands-off routine.
