The Posh Dog

The Posh Dog is a cage-free, in-home dog boarding and daycare service in Greenwich, CT, built around daily exercise, enrichment, and steady communication with owners. Dogs stay in a home setting instead of a traditional kennel, and pick-up and drop-off within Greenwich is included.

What does a typical day look like?

Each day centers on a 60–90 minute small-group adventure walk, followed by off-leash play in a safe environment. Walks are GPS-tracked, and owners get a daily report card along with photo and video updates. The business describes its approach as boutique pet care, with a focus on routine and individual attention.

What's included with boarding and daycare?

• Cage-free, in-home boarding with private suites
• Daily small-group walks and off-leash play in outdoor space
• Mental enrichment with KONGs, puzzle toys, and snuffle mats
• Medication administration
• Pick-up and drop-off included in Greenwich

Does my dog have to be crated?

No, boarding here is cage-free. For dogs that settle better in a crate, there is an optional covered crate setup with plush bedding. That gives crate-trained dogs a familiar spot without making it the default for everyone.
