Kindred Canine Co.

Kindred Canine Co. is a training-focused dog boarding and daycare business in Stamford, CT, built around structured work with each individual dog. Along with overnight boarding and daycare, it offers training programs that range from puppy foundations to board and train and off-leash work.

What services does Kindred Canine Co. offer?

Training sits at the center of everything here, and the care services are designed to support it. Owners can choose from:

• Overnight boarding and daycare
• Board and train, puppy training, and off-leash training
• Behavior and reactivity support
• Behavioral profiles and new dog integration consultations
• Canine event concierge

How is it different from a standard kennel?

Most boarding facilities focus on care alone. Kindred Canine Co. describes its approach as structured and balanced, firm when needed and gentle where it matters. Programs are shaped around a dog's temperament, history, and home life instead of a single template.

That makes it a good match for owners whose dogs need more than a place to stay. The business works with power breeds and working breeds, as well as reactive dogs and young puppies. Socialization is described as calm and intentional, with dogs building self-control before they're asked to handle social situations.

The goal the business describes is practical. It wants a dog that stays calm at home and reliable out in the world, and owners leave with clear next steps to keep progress going.
