Sitz & Wigglz

Sitz & Wigglz is a dog boarding and pet care business in Raytown, MO, offering kennel-free, crate-free stays in a home environment. Owners searching for dog boarding in Raytown can also book training, grooming, walks, and let-out visits with the same provider.

What is boarding like at Sitz & Wigglz?

Dogs stay without kennels or crates, in a setting that feels more like a house than a facility. Friendly dogs get supervised social playtime with other dogs. Dogs that aren't comfortable around other animals get separate accommodations, so a dog that prefers its own space can stay apart from the group.

The business describes its approach as personal and flexible, with each stay shaped around a dog's temperament and comfort level. Medication can be given during a stay, which matters for older dogs or those on a daily prescription.

What services are offered?

• Cage-free boarding in a home setting
• Dog training, including board-and-train
• Grooming: nail trims, de-shedding, teeth brushing, and creative coloring
• Dog walking and let-out visits
• Pickup and drop-off

There is also a less common option: a wedding pet attendant service for couples who want their dog to be part of the day.

How much does it cost, and how do you book?

Published boarding rates run from $60 to $150 per day. Booking is handled by phone at 913-215-1010, and the business can also be reached by email at Sitzandwigglz@gmail.com. The address is 5230 Raytown Road, Raytown, MO 64133.

Who is it a good fit for?

Sitz & Wigglz suits owners who don't want their dog in a kennel run and would like grooming or training from the same person who handles boarding. It also works well for households with a dog that needs to be kept apart from other animals. Calling ahead is the best way to check dates and talk through a dog's specific needs.
