Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort – Natrona Heights

Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort – Natrona Heights is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 3234 Burtner Rd in Natrona Heights, PA. It sits on a four-acre country property in Fawn Township, with outdoor space plus an indoor play area for days when the weather turns. Overnight dogs stay in the Dog Hotel, and a separate Cat Hotel serves households with both.

What services does it offer?

The resort covers most of what a local dog owner might need in one stop:

• Overnight boarding in the Dog Hotel, plus a Cat Hotel
• Doggy daycare with temperament-based play groups
• Dog training
• Grooming, dog baths and a self-serve dog wash
• Medication administration for dogs on a regimen

What sets it apart?

The four acres are the obvious draw. Dogs get real room to run in a country setting. Play groups are sorted by temperament, so a shy dog isn't dropped in with the rowdiest crowd. The facility also has 24/7 supervision, which matters most for owners leaving a dog overnight.

There are small touches too. Dogs with sensitive paws can get paw balm applied at no cost. The resort describes its team as devoted pet people who aim to treat each dog like one of their own.
