D'Tails Pet Care

D'Tails Pet Care is a cage-free dog boarding and daycare facility at 2403 S 2050 W in West Haven, Utah, and it also offers grooming and cat boarding. Dogs aren't kept in a kennel all day. The facility runs open-play boarding, so guests spend their days in supervised play groups and their nights in a climate-controlled building.

What services does D'Tails Pet Care offer?

Most of what a dog owner needs is available in one building:

• Open-play dog boarding, with cots, beds, and blankets provided
• Doggie daycare in indoor/outdoor play yards
• Full-service dog grooming
• Medication administration and special diets for boarding guests
• Cat boarding with spacious condos and a free-roam apartment

How are the play groups set up?

Dogs play in four indoor/outdoor play yards, and the groups are split by size and energy level. A small, calm dog plays with dogs of a similar size and pace instead of trying to keep up with a rowdy crowd. Every dog has to pass a temperament evaluation first, which helps keep the groups friendly. The facility has room for 26 dogs.

Can cats stay here too?

Yes. Cats stay in spacious condos with climbing levels and places to hide. Social cats can also spend time in a feline free-roam apartment with climbing trees, so owners with both a dog and a cat can board them at the same place.
