Bed & Bones

Bed & Bones is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 6261 Texas Prairie Road in Odessa, Missouri. It has a country setting and the relaxed feel of a bed and breakfast. For owners searching for dog boarding in Odessa, MO, it takes dogs of every size, from small breeds up to giants, and it boards cats too.

What services does Bed & Bones offer?

Overnight boarding is the main service, but the facility also runs dog daycare and an in-house grooming service. Dogs stay in climate-controlled private suites, and there is outdoor space on the property for time outside.

• Climate-controlled private suites with raised Kuranda beds and soft blankets
• Dog daycare and on-site grooming
• Medication administration and special diets
• Pickup and drop-off, including before- and after-hours options
• A two-room cat suite with a personal litter box

What sets it apart from other kennels?

The small details lean toward comfort. Suites come with raised Kuranda beds and soft blankets, so dogs aren't sleeping on a bare floor. From May through October, guests have access to a seasonal community pool, and poolside rooms are offered during those months.

The facility is state inspected, which is worth checking for when comparing boarding options around Odessa. Owners with dogs on medication or a special diet can have both handled during the stay.

Hours, pricing, and contact details

Boarding rates published on the kennel's website range from $20 to $40 per night. Weekday hours run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On Sunday there is a short evening window from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.

Vaccinations are required for every guest. Questions about a stay, grooming, or after-hours drop-off can go to (816) 633-7387.
