How the days are run

Dogs go into small, structured playgroups sorted by play style, size, and age, rather than one large open room. Play periods are kept short to limit overstimulation, and dogs get individual rest time between sessions. Staff also run enrichment: snuffle mats, puzzle time, a ball pit, nature walks, and a doggy treadmill. Outside there is an H2O Fido splash pad and anti-microbial K-9 grass; inside, anti-fatigue rubber flooring and climate control. The team holds Fear Free Boarding & Daycare Certification, Pet CPR & First Aid certification, Dog Handler Academy training, Fear Free Groomer, and Fear Free Pet Sitter credentials.
