Willow Creek Ranch of Tomball

Willow Creek Ranch of Tomball is a cage-free dog boarding and daycare facility at 11105 Mahaffey Rd in Tomball, TX. Dogs aren't kept in individual kennels. They stay in air-conditioned indoor rooms with beds and take turns in fenced play parks with real grass. The ranch also offers grooming, training, and boarding for cats and small animals, so a household with several kinds of pets can use one place.

How does cage-free boarding work here?

Dogs are grouped by size, energy, and temperament, then share a room with playmates that match their style. Their day is split between indoor play and time outside in the parks, so active dogs can burn off energy and calmer dogs get time to rest. Private suites are also available for dogs who do better on their own.

What services are offered?

• Cage-free boarding for small, medium, large, and giant dogs
• Doggie daycare with indoor and outdoor play
• Grooming and dog training
• Medication administration and custom diets
• Pickup and drop-off service

The property also has a pet boutique store. Cats and small animals can board here as well, which is unusual for a facility built mainly around dogs.

What sets it apart?

The owner lives on-site, which matters to owners who worry about what happens overnight. The ranch's website has a relaxed, personal tone and describes a stay as a vacation for dogs. The setup backs that up, with group play, grass parks, and beds in climate-controlled rooms.
