Town & Country Kennel and Cattery

Town & Country Kennel and Cattery offers dog boarding in Cincinnati, Ohio, from its facility at 1049 Meredith Drive in the Mt. Healthy area. It takes dogs of every size, from small breeds up to giant ones, and runs a separate cattery for cats.

The kennel describes its approach as cage-free, built around keeping each guest healthy, safe, and comfortable. It has room for 63 dogs, and staff keep a close daily eye on every pet during a stay.

What does a dog's stay include?

Dogs sleep in indoor quarters that are air-conditioned in summer and radiantly heated in winter. Privacy walls separate neighbors, so dogs can rest without staring at each other all night. A 24-hour on-site kennel attendant stays with the dogs overnight. Key features include:

• A 5-acre grass recreational walking area
• 30-minute nature walks through meadow and woods
• Indoor play space plus outdoor areas
• Daily "report cards" that track health and behavior
• Grooming services

Can the kennel handle special needs?

Staff can give medication and work with special diets. An isolation area with its own environmental control lets them keep a pet apart and watch it quietly when needed. Private check-in rooms give owners time to go over routines, medications, and feeding notes before they leave.

What about cats?

Households with dogs and cats can board them in one place. The dedicated 26-unit cats-only cattery has climbing shelves, hideouts, and music.
