Bleu Sky Kennels

Bleu Sky Kennels is an in-home dog boarding and training business in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dogs stay in a family-style home instead of a building full of loud kennel runs. Owners looking for dog boarding in Cincinnati who want a quieter, more personal stay may find it a good match.

What is a stay at Bleu Sky Kennels like?

Each day mixes enrichment, playtime, and structured rest. Dogs play in the yard and get one-on-one time outside, and there is indoor play for bad-weather days. The kennel keeps bookings limited so each dog gets personal attention. The home also has a tornado-safe interior shelter space for severe weather.

• Family-style home environment with no loud kennels
• Yard play and outdoor one-on-one time
• Indoor play and daily enrichment
• Medication administration
• Limited bookings for personalized care

Can it handle dogs with special needs?

This sets Bleu Sky apart from many boarding options. It takes dogs with mild to moderate reactivity, so owners of a dog who struggles in busy group settings have a place to ask. The kennel can also handle minor medical issues and give medications. A dog on a prescription or healing from a small injury may still be a good fit.

Does Bleu Sky Kennels offer training?

Yes. Training is a core part of the business. Services include board and train, puppy training, and obedience training. The kennel also does problem-solving and behavior work, which fits well with boarding for dogs that need extra guidance while their owners are away.

How do you book a stay?

Booking is handled by phone at (513) 206-2989. Owners can also email the kennel at bleuskykennels@gmail.com with questions. Vaccinations are required for boarding dogs, so it helps to have your dog's records ready when you call.
