The Good Dog Spot

The Good Dog Spot is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 35 C North Chicopee Street in Chicopee, MA, with grooming and training under the same roof. Overnight guests stay in spacious private suites inside a climate-controlled building. The kennel describes its approach as balanced, enriching days over wearing dogs out with nonstop play.

What services does The Good Dog Spot offer?

Boarding and daycare are the core of the business, and each stay can be shaped around the individual dog. Owners choose from customizable activity packages, so an energetic dog and a quieter one don't end up with the same schedule. Dogs that aren't suited to group play can use day boarding, which gives them a day out of the house without the playgroup.

• Overnight boarding in private suites
• Daycare with indoor play and outdoor space
• Day boarding for dogs not suited to group play
• Grooming and training
• Medication administration

What is a boarding stay like?

Stays include daily wellness checks and daily report cards, so owners get a regular update while they are away. Suites come with cozy fleece blankets and relaxing music. The house food is Blue Seal Pork and Barley, which the kennel provides. The facility also offers webcam access and has security systems in place.
