Paws at Play Resort & Daycare

Paws at Play Resort & Daycare offers dog boarding and daycare in North Royalton, OH, from its location at 9027 Ridge Rd. It also boards cats and provides grooming, with on-site veterinary support from North Royalton Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited practice.

The resort's approach is calm and paced to each pet. Staff use low-stress handling techniques. The resort says it wants nervous pets to settle in at their own speed, while confident dogs can join in right away.

What services does Paws at Play offer?

Boarding dogs stay in private suites in a cage-free setting. Daycare gives social dogs a place to spend the workday. Key services include:

• Private boarding suites, including Tranquility Excellence Suites with windows and in-room TVs
• Cage-free dog daycare with indoor play and outdoor space
• Grooming and training
• Medication administration and special diets
• Cat boarding in bi-level Harmony Suites with pheromone sprays and soft music

What sets it apart from other kennels?

The main draw is the veterinary connection. With an AAHA-accredited animal hospital on site, medical help is close by if a concern comes up during a stay. That counts for a lot with older dogs or pets on medication.

Boarding dogs get at least three outdoor breaks a day. Owners can also add enrichment extras like Buddy Time, puzzle games, massage, and photo updates. Households with cats will find that the team includes Cat Friendly certified staff.
