Beegan K9

Beegan K9 is a trainer-run dog daycare in Cleveland, located at 2080 W 110th St on the city's West Side. It keeps things small on purpose, with a hard cap of 12 dogs per day and never more than 3 dogs out at once.

A Certified Professional Trainer designed the program, and Expert Handlers who are APDT members supervise every session. It suits owners whose dogs do better with structure and a few well-matched playmates than with a big, busy room.

What does a day at Beegan K9 include?

Dogs play in groups of 2 to 3, matched by temperament, energy, and play style. The day runs in turns, so dogs that aren't playing get time to settle instead of being on the go nonstop. Each dog also gets its own one-on-one walk in the morning and again in the afternoon.

• Playgroups of 2-3 dogs matched by temperament, energy, and play style
• Individual morning and afternoon walks
• Private, fully fenced outdoor yard plus indoor play space
• Climate-controlled facility
• A daily 4K video for every client

Who looks after the dogs?

The team lists several credentials. These include membership in the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), Paradigm K9 graduate training, and Canine CPR and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross. The program itself was built by a Certified Professional Trainer. With only a few dogs out at a time, handlers can watch each group closely.
