DogiZone

DogiZone is a dog boarding, daycare, training and grooming facility at 501 E. Gude Dr. in Rockville, MD. Owners looking for dog boarding in Rockville can book an overnight stay, drop a dog off for daycare, or pair a stay with training, all at one address.

What services does DogiZone offer?

Boarding dogs sleep in private suites with cozy bedding and soothing music, and the building is climate controlled. Days include group play or personalized play sessions, depending on what suits the dog. The site describes care tailored to each dog's breed and age.

• Overnight boarding in private suites
• Dog daycare with indoor and covered outdoor play zones
• Dog training, including board-and-train
• Grooming
• Medication administration and pickup and drop-off transportation

How is the facility set up?

Play happens in spacious indoor and covered outdoor zones, so a rainy day doesn't have to cancel playtime. For walks, there are fully fenced natural grass areas. Staff clean every day with hospital-grade disinfectants. Small extras include gourmet treats, frozen Kong treats, and birthday parties, which DogiZone calls pawties.

Who handles the training?

Training is a big part of how DogiZone presents itself. The business lists several credentials, including Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Certified Canine Fitness Trainer, and Pet Tech First Aid and CPR Instructor. It also lists membership in the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. That background may matter to owners whose dogs need work on manners or behavior during a stay.
