Cowboy Kennels

Cowboy Kennels is a dog boarding and daycare facility in San Antonio, Texas, that also boards cats and offers grooming. All of its boarding is indoors and air-conditioned, which counts for a lot during a South Texas summer.

What does a standard stay include?

Standard kennels come with automatic water bowls, mounted food bowls, and raised Kuranda beds that keep dogs off the floor. Dogs get three potty breaks a day, each led by an attendant, and the property has outdoor space. Staff can also give medication to pets that need it during their stay.

• Indoor, air-conditioned boarding
• Three attendant-led potty breaks a day for dogs
• Raised Kuranda beds and automatic water bowls
• Daycare and grooming services
• Medication administration

What are the Luxury Lodging Suites?

For owners who want a step up, Cowboy Kennels has private Luxury Lodging Suites. These rooms are decorated with murals and include online day-viewing access, so owners can check on their dog by webcam while they're away. Dogs staying in a luxury suite also get a free bath on pick-up day, so they go home clean.

Does it board cats too?

Yes. Cats stay in the same indoor, air-conditioned building and get playtime in a catio. That makes it a practical choice for households with both dogs and cats who would rather handle a single drop-off.
