What a day here looks like

Group play is arranged by size, age, and temperament. Indoor playrooms are separated into big dog and little dog groups, and there are multiple outdoor areas. Every guest, whether boarding overnight or staying for the day, gets outside yard time four to five times a day.

The first daycare visit is treated as a trial day. Staff use it to learn a new dog's play style, since some guests want activity all day and others prefer a slower pace.

During snow, ice, or sleet, the facility opens 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the building runs on a generator. It is closed to the public on Thanksgiving and Christmas, though staff are on site every day of the year.
