Bark&Zoom

Bark&Zoom is a pet hotel in Austin, TX, offering dog boarding, doggy daycare and training right on the airport grounds near ABIA. It stays open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so owners catching an early flight or landing late can drop off or pick up whenever they need to. Cats are welcome too.

What services does Bark&Zoom offer?

The facility covers most of what a traveling owner needs. Dogs can stay overnight, spend the day in daycare, or work on manners through a training program.

• Overnight dog boarding, including private suites with webcam access
• Doggy daycare with indoor play and covered outdoor play yards
• Dog training, including board and train
• Grooming during a stay
• Cat boarding with cat condos and a feline-only play area

What makes it different from other Austin kennels?

The location is the main draw. Bark&Zoom pairs pet boarding with on-airport covered valet parking and an electric shuttle to ABIA. Owners can leave the dog and the car in the same place and ride straight to the terminal.

The grounds also include a guitar-shaped pet swimming pool. Dogs can add enrichment activities such as Cuddle Time, Brain Games, Pool Time, Ball Time and walks. Staff supervise around the clock, and the team can give medication and follow special diets. The building is climate controlled, which matters during a Texas summer.

What should owners know before booking?

Published nightly rates on the kennel's website range from $45 to $99. Reservations are made online, and vaccinations are required before a pet can stay. Owners should check the website for the exact vaccine list and the rate for the room type they want.
