Angelcare Pet Resort & Animal Hospital

Angelcare Pet Resort & Animal Hospital is a combined animal hospital and pet resort at 1121 S Stuart Rd in Mt. Pleasant, WI, offering overnight boarding, Day Camp daycare, grooming and training. For owners comparing dog boarding in Mt. Pleasant, the main draw is clear: a veterinary team is on site where dogs stay.

What services does Angelcare offer?

The resort handles both short daytime visits and overnight stays, for dogs and cats alike. Its main services include:

• Overnight boarding for dogs and cats
• Day Camp daytime care
• On-site veterinary care and medication administration
• Grooming and training
• Holistic treatments, including ozone therapy

What sets this resort apart?

The boarding facility covers 7,000 square feet and includes five separate play spaces. One of them is a one-acre outdoor yard, which gives active dogs real room to move. The resort describes its stays as enrichment-based, and its website talks about caring for a pet's mind, body and soul.

Having a vet on site is the bigger difference for many owners. Staff can give medications during a stay, which helps with senior dogs or pets that have ongoing health needs. Cat owners get their own options, with Single, Deluxe and Penthouse condos.

Practical details: price, hours and booking

Overnight boarding runs $24 to $30 per night, according to the resort's website. Vaccinations are required, so it makes sense to ask which records to bring when calling to book. Reservations are made by phone at 262-886-3337.

Business hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The resort is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Owners can also reach the team by email at angelcarepet@gmail.com.
