How the facility is set up

Geothermal temperature control regulates the indoor space, and the outdoor yards have cooling shade sails and pools in summer. That matters in southern New Mexico, where afternoons run hot for much of the year. The outdoor yards give dogs room to move, and there is indoor play space for days when the weather keeps everyone inside. Boarding is cage-free, and staff are present overnight.

Certifications and extra care

The team is certified by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association and is Fear Free Certified. Staff can administer medication and follow special diet instructions. Pickup and drop-off is available for owners who cannot make the trip themselves, and the Petmobile covers transport across the city.

Booking and hours

Reservations are booked online. The facility is open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 7:00 AM to noon on Sunday. Boarding and daycare are both available seven days a week, though Sunday hours end at midday. Vaccinations are required for every dog.
