Waverly Animal Hospital

What is boarding like at Waverly Animal Hospital?

Dogs board individually here, with no contact between animals during their stay. That setup suits dogs who would rather not share space, and it lowers the chance of scuffles. One boarding fee covers food, bedding and three walks a day.

The walk areas are indoors and outdoors, and the building is climate controlled. Boarding is available 365 days a year. Staff can give medication and follow special diets. That helps older dogs and dogs with ongoing health needs.

What should owners know before booking?

Reservations are made by phone at (517) 323-4156. Vaccinations are required, so it's worth asking which records to bring when you call. Business hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Households with more than one pet can ask about multi-pet discounts. Cat owners have an option here too. The cat condos use Feliway diffusers to help nervous cats settle in, so a family's dog and cat can stay at the same place.
