Wags Barkley Farmhouse

Wags Barkley Farmhouse is a cage-free dog boarding and daycare facility at 4311 S Coltrane Rd in Edmond, Oklahoma. It sits on 5 fully fenced acres, and dogs can move between indoor and outdoor spaces during the day. The place has a farm feel, and the style is relaxed and leash-free.

What services does it offer?

The farmhouse handles overnight boarding, daycare and grooming in one place. Its main offerings include:

• Cage-free overnight boarding, with private suites available
• Dog daycare with indoor play and outdoor space
• Grooming services
• A beach-entry saltwater swimming pool with a lifeguard
• Medication administration and special diet handling

What makes it different?

The pool stands out most. It has a gradual beach entry, and a lifeguard is on duty while dogs swim. Older dogs get extra attention through the White Beard Elders program, which includes hospice-type care for dogs near the end of life.

Puppies are covered too. Puppy night care is available, and owners can add potty training. Dogs are supervised around the clock. The farmhouse describes a homey routine where dogs play, swim, nap and lounge in the shade. Safety comes up often in how it talks about itself.

What should owners know before booking?

Every new dog has to pass a temperament test before staying. Vaccinations are required. Check-in is curbside and by appointment only, so owners shouldn't drop by unannounced. Bookings are made by phone at 405-509-0909.

The kennel's website lists overnight stays at $54 to $59 per night. Owners with a senior dog, a puppy or a dog on medication should mention it when they call, since each of those has its own care option.
