Town and Country Animal Hospital

Town and Country Animal Hospital is a veterinary hospital at 393 Country Road that offers dog boarding in Wheeling, WV, with staff on site 24 hours a day. Dogs stay inside a working animal hospital, so medical care is close by for the whole stay.

Why board a dog at an animal hospital?

The hospital has four veterinarians on staff, and staff supervise boarders around the clock. That suits dogs that take daily medication, eat a special diet, or have a health condition their owner worries about. Staff can give medication and handle special diets during the stay.

On its website, the hospital says its team is chosen for kindness, patience, and compassion. It also says it aims to keep both pets and owners at ease and to treat every patient like one of its own.

What services does the hospital offer?

• Boarding with 24-hour on-site staff
• Medication administration and special diets
• Complete medical and surgical care
• Digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house diagnostic laboratory
• Canine physical therapy and rehabilitation, Class IV laser therapy, and stem cell and PRP therapy

So a boarder that needs diagnostics or treatment doesn't have to be moved to another clinic. The vets and equipment are already on site.
