The Beauty Bark

The Beauty Bark is a dog daycare and grooming salon at 14469 Memorial Drive in Houston, TX. Owners can bring a dog in for a day of indoor play, a full haircut, a basic bath, or a few smaller add-on services. The salon's own tagline sums up its focus: a place where pets become pampered.

What services does The Beauty Bark offer?

Grooming is the main draw here. Daycare and indoor play give owners a daytime option when they need one. The core menu covers:

• Doggie daycare with indoor play
• Full-service haircuts for both short and long coats
• Basic baths that include a nail clip and ear cleaning
• Add-ons such as teeth brushing, nail grinding, ear plucking, and a luxury facial

Haircut styles cover both shorter shaves and longer comb-length cuts. That makes the salon a practical choice for owners of curly, double-coated, or long-haired breeds.

How does the team handle nervous dogs?

The staff describe a gentle, patient approach to grooming. Several groomers write about taking their time with anxious dogs and letting them build trust one step at a time instead of forcing the process. Team members hold credentials that include Certified Pet Stylist, Pet CPR, and ICPG Certification.
