Tea Veterinary Clinic

Tea Veterinary Clinic is a full-service veterinary practice at 710 Figzel Court in Tea, SD, that also provides dog boarding and dog daycare. The boarding area is inside the clinic, so boarding dogs stay in the same building as the staff and equipment that handle their medical care.

What services does Tea Veterinary Clinic offer?

The clinic's main work is veterinary medicine. Boarding and daycare are part of the same practice. Key services include:

• Dog boarding in an on-site boarding area
• Dog daycare
• Grooming
• Full-service veterinary care, including dental care
• In-house blood work and lab work, plus X-rays and ultrasound

Why board a dog at a vet clinic?

A boarding spot inside a veterinary clinic can make sense for owners of older dogs or dogs with ongoing health needs. A vet is on site, and the clinic runs its own lab and imaging. A health question during a stay doesn't have to wait for a trip across town. The clinic also keeps a fully stocked pharmacy.

The practice describes its approach simply: it aims to treat pets like family. Its website talks mostly about medical care and the well-being of each animal, not about luxury extras.

Hours, booking, and contact details

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sunday, so owners should plan drop-off and pickup times around those hours. Boarding and daycare are booked by phone at (605) 368-2088. The staff can also be reached by email at teavetclinic@gmail.com.

Between visits, the clinic runs an online store where owners can order their dog's medications and food from home.
