Pleasant View Bed & Biscuit

Pleasant View Bed & Biscuit is a small farm kennel offering overnight dog boarding in Chapmansboro, TN, at 1301 Oaklawn Rd. Dogs sleep in private suites and spend time outside on a 12-acre farm called Happy Tails Homestead, which has several fenced-in run areas.

What is a stay like here?

The kennel is set up for low-stress boarding, especially for dogs who do better with some quiet. Each 4x6 suite has full privacy panels, so a dog can rest without facing a neighbor. The suites are climate controlled. Every suite has a heavy-duty 44x27 Kuranda bed that is disinfected before each stay.

Outside, the farm gives dogs plenty to sniff at. Chickens, guineas, horses, alpacas, and ducks live on the property. The fenced runs give dogs room to burn off energy between rest periods.

• 30-minute guided nature hand walks around the farm (add-on)
