Play Fetch Doggy Daycare

Play Fetch Doggy Daycare is a cage-free boarding and daycare facility at 1208 Ashley Blvd, offering dog boarding in New Bedford, MA. Dogs staying overnight sleep in private suites instead of crates, and daytime visitors spend their hours playing and socializing with other dogs. It is open seven days a week.

What services does Play Fetch offer?

The business runs on a no-crate boarding philosophy, and that shapes most of what it does. Overnight guests get a private suite, while daycare dogs get group play in a setting the kennel describes as fun and safe.

• Cage-free overnight boarding in private suites
• Dog daycare
• Day boarding on weekends
• Holiday boarding
• Multi-dog discounts and shared passes

How much does boarding cost?

Published rates on the kennel's website run from $65 to $215 per night. Households with more than one dog can ask about multi-dog discounts and shared passes. Veterans and first responders receive a 10% discount.

What should owners know before booking?

Vaccinations are required, so it makes sense to have records ready before a first stay. Scheduling happens online through Pet Exec software, which lets owners reserve daycare or boarding from home. The website is frank that group daycare does not suit every dog, and it encourages owners to think about whether their dog enjoys the company of others.

When is Play Fetch open?

Hours are 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Day boarding is available on weekends. Owners with questions can call (774) 202-7650 or email playfetchnb@gmail.com.
