How dogs are housed

Dogs stay in true indoor/outdoor runs. A swinging pet door connects a climate-controlled indoor area to an outdoor one, and guests can use both areas 24/7 rather than waiting on a staff schedule. Boarding is cage-free. For dogs that do better with more room, Luxury Dog Suites add a private area with a glass block window and a television.

Cats board in a separate building from the dogs, in Kitty Condos with perches to sit on. Socializing playtime is offered as an option for cats whose owners want it. The kennel also boards exotic pets, including rabbits, ferrets, birds, chinchillas, and pot-belly pigs.
