Kannon's Kabins Pet Resort & Vet Clinic offers dog boarding and daycare in Edmond, OK, and has a full-service veterinary clinic on site. It also boards cats and exotic pets, so a household with more than one kind of animal can use a single facility.

What does a stay include?

Boarding guests stay in private suites. The facility has indoor play areas and outdoor space. Daycare dogs play in small supervised groups sorted by size and temperament. Owners get a daily report card and can watch their dog on live cameras while they're away.

• Overnight boarding for dogs, cats, and exotic pets
• Doggy daycare with small, supervised playgroups
• Live webcam access and daily report cards
• On-site grooming
• Family boarding so pets from one household can stay together

Why does the on-site vet clinic matter?

The vet clinic on the property is what sets this place apart from a standard kennel. Staff give medications during a stay, and special diets can be handled. If owners would rather not pack food, there's an in-house option: Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin. The setup may appeal to owners of older dogs or pets on regular medication who want medical care close at hand.

The site describes its approach as personal and attentive, with a focus on keeping every pet safe and comfortable. The overall feel is a busy, friendly local operation that knows its regulars by name.
