Howling Peaks

Howling Peaks is a dog daycare, boarding, and training facility with two locations in Anchorage, Alaska. Owned and led by a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, the business has grown since 2017 into a team of more than 30 dog-loving professionals dedicated to enrichment, safety, and positive relationships between people and their dogs.

Across its Lake Otis and Fireweed locations, dogs enjoy spacious indoor play rooms and outdoor yards where they're grouped by size, energy, and temperament for social play. The Lake Otis facility also houses private boarding suites, including upgraded Luxury Deluxe Suites, for guests staying overnight while their owners are away.

Every dog is evaluated with a temperament test before joining daycare or boarding, and the team maintains an up-to-date vaccination policy covering core and social-setting vaccines to protect the dogs in their care. New and returning clients manage bookings and pet profiles through the Gingr app.
