Happy Paws Grooming & Daycare

Happy Paws Grooming & Daycare has been caring for Milwaukee-area dogs since 2014, with a second location added in Wauwatosa in 2020. Founded by Shawn Davis, a lifelong dog lover, the family-owned business set out to build a daycare and kennel where both dogs and their owners feel genuinely welcome.

Daily Care and Overnight Stays

Dogs enjoy supervised group play in themed indoor and outdoor areas — including spaces nicknamed Manhattan, The Jungle, The Deep Blue, and The Boardwalk — with ramps, soft flooring, shaded spaces, and seasonal water features. Overnight guests settle into deluxe suites after a full day of play, with an upgraded lux room offering a twin-size bed and 24/7 webcam access for added peace of mind.

Reservations for all services run through the Gingr online booking system, and dogs must have current vaccination records, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, on file before their first visit. Add-on treats, enrichment activities, and calming care options let owners further customize their dog's stay.

With more than a decade of combined experience across both locations, the team focuses on safety, socialization, and individualized attention for every dog that comes through the door.
