What the kennels are like

The kennels are air conditioned and heated, typically held between 65 and 75 degrees. Each run connects an indoor space to an outdoor one through a dog door, so a dog can move between the two on its own rather than waiting for a staff member. That constant access matters most in summer, when a dog can pick the cooler spot. Kennels are cleaned two or more times a day.
