About Arboroads Farm
Arboroads Farm is a small, family-owned kennel offering dog boarding in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on South Maple Road. It has been operating since 1981 and also offers grooming and training. Owners who would rather board their dog on a farm than in a city storefront should take a look.
What services does Arboroads Farm offer?
The kennel's main service is traditional boarding in a farm setting. Owners can add grooming or training if they want them.
- Dog boarding on the farm
- Grooming services
- Training
- Boarding for elderly dogs, puppies and younger dogs
- Discounts for multi-dog families and long-term stays
What makes it different from other Ann Arbor kennels?
Arboroads describes itself as a small, family-run place with an experienced staff. Its stated goal is for pets to feel safe, happy and loved while they stay. The kennel says some regulars start to think of a visit as time at "the Spa" or a trip to see their aunt and uncle.
The kennel says it works well for dogs at both ends of the age range. Elderly dogs do well boarding there, according to Arboroads, and so do puppies and younger dogs. If you have an older dog who gets stressed in busy facilities, a family-run farm kennel like this one could be a good fit.
