How dogs are grouped

Every new client goes through a behavior evaluation before booking. From there, dogs are matched by temperament and energy level, and the littles have their own area separate from the medium and large pack. Dogs with mismatched play styles aren't left to sort it out among themselves. Private suites are available for dogs who settle better on their own. The staff also keeps a working relationship with a 24-hour emergency vet.

Day to day

Owners get daily Instagram updates during a stay. The calendar includes puppy playgroups and holiday parties. Pick-up and drop-off is available for owners who can't get to Court Street, and staff can administer medication for dogs who need it.

Booking and hours

Boarding and daycare run 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Booking happens online, and proof of vaccination is required. The Carroll Gardens location can also be reached at 646-845-7773 or hi@animallovingcare.com.
