Absolute Gun Dogs is a family-owned boarding kennel and daycare on Lincoln Rd. that handles dog boarding in Bismarck for dogs of every size, small through giant. The same operation runs a gun dog training program, so the people caring for boarders work with dogs all day long.

Radiant-heated floors keep dogs off cold concrete through the winter, and commercial air conditioning covers the other end of the year. Two HD air exchangers keep fresh air moving instead of letting it sit. Every kennel has a Kuranda raised bed, and three kennel sizes mean a terrier and a giant breed each get a space that fits.

Staff are full-time, and dogs get one-on-one human interaction rather than only seeing someone at feeding time. The kennel holds up to 50 dogs. Households sending more than one dog get a multiple-dog discount.
