Willow's Pet Care

Willow's Pet Care is an in-home dog boarding and daycare service in Colorado Springs, CO, that also offers dog walking and drop-in visits. It is a personal operation built around custom care. It tends to suit owners whose dogs need more individual attention than a busy facility can give.

What services does Willow's Pet Care offer?

The service list covers most of what a local owner needs while traveling or at work:

• Overnight in-home boarding
• Doggy day care for stays of 4+ hours
• Dog walking and drop-in visits
• Pickup and drop-off
• Medication administration

Which dogs is it a good fit for?

This is where the business stands out. It cares for senior dogs and puppies, and it is comfortable handling reactive and aggressive dogs. Not every boarding option will take a dog with a tricky temperament, so owners of those dogs may find a better match here. Dogs on medication are also covered, since medication administration is part of the service.

The website has a warm, hands-on tone. It talks about getting out on the trails and around the neighborhood, and about treating each pet like one of the family.

How does communication work while a dog is away?

Owners get daily communication during their dog's stay. For anyone leaving an older dog or a dog with health needs, regular updates make the time apart easier.
