Wiggles & Wags Pet Resort

Wiggles & Wags Pet Resort offers cage-free dog boarding in Tempe, along with daycare and grooming, from its location at 1811 E Baseline Rd. Dogs stay in glass suites instead of chain-link runs, and overnight rates run from $45 to $100 per night depending on the suite.

What are the boarding suites like?

Guests stay in luxury glass-suite accommodations rather than chain-link enclosures. Suites come in four sizes: Large, Grand, Deluxe, and the Premium Studio, which sits at the top of the price range. Every suite is temperature-controlled with both air conditioning and heat, which matters during a Tempe summer. Private suites suit dogs who do better with their own space.

How do dogs spend their time?

Play happens in a supervised outdoor area the resort calls Play Land. It has slides, tunnels, pools, and sprinklers, and 85% of the space is shaded from the sun. Dogs play in small, well-matched groups of five to six. Owners can also choose one-on-one play with a handler, or family play for dogs from the same household.

Key services and amenities:

• Cage-free boarding in glass suites
• Doggy daycare with supervised group play
• Grooming services
• Medication administration and special diet accommodation
• Security system with 24/7 video monitoring

What should owners know before booking?

Vaccinations are required, so it makes sense to have records ready before the first stay. Staff can give medications and work with special diets, which helps dogs who need a set routine. The office is open Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Reservations are made online, and owners with questions can call (480) 491-4040.
