Wagin' Tails Resort and Glamorous K9s

Wagin' Tails Resort and Glamorous K9s is a Pennsylvania licensed kennel at 906 Kimmerlings Road offering dog boarding in Lebanon, plus cat boarding, daycare, and grooming. Duke and Pam Wagner have owned the resort since November 2020, and their private residence sits on the property.

Dogs stay in private bedroom suites, not cages. Each suite measures 5ft by 8ft with 6ft walls that open to a 15ft ceiling, and every room is heated, air conditioned, and lit by skylight windows. Suites include a flat-screen TV set to familiar, relaxing sounds. Families with three or more dogs, or one large dog who needs the room, can book the 8ft by 8ft family suite, which is priced separately.

What makes it different

There is no direct contact between dogs from different families. Each guest goes outside alone into a fenced play yard four to five times a day, where dogs can still see and play with neighbors along the fence line. Puppy Playground Equipment® gives them something to climb on and under, and staff will throw a ball or run a game of chase. Active periods alternate with indoor quiet times, when the resort accepts no visitors, arrivals, or departures.
