Tiggytastic Training

Tiggytastic Training is a training-focused, in-home boarding business in Glendale, CA, where dogs stay in a home setting rather than a kennel run. For owners comparing dog boarding in Glendale, the main draw is personal, one-on-one attention from the owner, who is a Certified Dog Trainer and an American Kennel Club (AKC) Evaluator.

What does a boarding stay look like?

Dogs board in a comfortable home and get daily walks as part of the routine. Optional park visits can be added during a stay. Dogs are kept separated for their safety and well-being, which may suit owners whose dogs are better off without group play. The website describes boarders fitting into everyday household life, so it feels more like staying with a friend than checking into a facility.

What makes it different?

Training is at the center of the business. Alongside boarding, Tiggytastic Training runs group classes and focuses on obedience, puppy training, and work with reactive dogs. Board and train is also offered, for owners who want their dog to come home with new skills. On its website, the business describes its approach as friendly and hands-on, built on motivation and praise.
