The Yuppy Puppy

The Yuppy Puppy is a pet supply store in Spokane, WA that runs an indoor doggy day care alongside grooming services and a shop stocked with natural pet products. For owners looking for dog daycare in Spokane, the main draw is indoor play under constant supervision, with outdoor space on site as well. A dog can spend the day with other dogs while the owner picks up food or gets a quick nail trim on the way out.

What services does The Yuppy Puppy offer?

Daycare is the main service for working owners, but the shop handles a lot of everyday dog care under one roof:

• Indoor doggy day care with constant supervision
• Indoor play areas and outdoor space
• Grooming, plus walk-in nail trims
• Self-serve dog wash with natural shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and a dryer
• Natural and holistic food, toys, and supplements

What makes it different from other daycares?

The staff describe themselves as an outgoing, fun-loving group of pet people, and their website has the same playful voice. They also take nutrition seriously. The shop focuses on natural and holistic products, so owners who read ingredient labels will find plenty to talk about at the counter.

The self-serve wash is a practical extra. Owners who would rather bathe their own dog can skip the mess at home, since the shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and a pet-friendly dryer are all provided.

Practical details for owners

The Yuppy Puppy also runs an online store. Orders can be picked up inside the shop, collected curbside, or delivered locally. Questions about daycare scheduling or grooming can go to aquila@yuppypuppyspokane.com, and the shop's website has more on each service. Owners planning a first daycare visit should reach out ahead of time to ask about any requirements.
