The Pet Ranch

What makes The Pet Ranch different

Boarding guests stay in one of two room styles, the Grand Saloon or the City Slicker, and both come in more than one size. That helps households with a terrier and a Great Dane, since the room can be matched to the dog. Suites are private and climate-controlled, so a dog that needs quiet has somewhere to settle. Indoor and outdoor space both get real use here. The turfed arena runs 8,000 square feet and the dog park covers 13 acres, which leaves plenty of ground to run.

Group play isn't right for every dog. For guests who don't do well with a crowd, the staff schedules private play sessions instead. Owners who want to see how the day is going can watch the daycare webcams.

Hours, rates, and booking

The Olathe facility is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are shorter, noon to 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. Published nightly boarding rates run from $47 to $80.
