The Paw Pad

The Paw Pad is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 133 Jonesboro Road in McDonough, GA, and it also offers grooming and training. Boarding is all-suite, so each guest gets a private room instead of a spot in a shared kennel block. The published rate is $40 per night, and reservations are made by phone.

Inside the suites

Every suite is climate controlled with both air conditioning and heat, and skylights let in natural daylight. Classical music plays to keep the space calm. Each room has an automatic watering system, plus freshly laundered bedding and toys. Dogs are served two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, and staff perform a comprehensive wellness check every day.
