What an overnight stay includes

Guests sleep on a mattress bed with a fleece blanket. Staff run twice-daily 5-point physical exams and track meals and elimination, so a change in a pet's routine gets noticed early. Every stay carries the Healthy Tails Warranty, which covers up to $500 in veterinary expenses. Cats board overnight as well, so a household with both doesn't need two drop-offs.
