How dogs spend the day

Play runs across a 1/3 acre outdoor area split into six separate yards, plus indoor space for hot afternoons. Staff group dogs by size, temperament, and playstyle instead of turning everyone out together. Sixteen cameras cover the rooms so staff can keep an eye on the groups, though customers don't get web access to the feeds. Calming music plays during naps and overnight rest.

Sleeping and special care

Crate, suite pen, and free-roam sleeping are all offered at no extra charge. The indoor areas are climate-controlled, and there is refrigerated storage for wet food and toppers. Staff can give medications and follow special diets, and medical isolation boarding is available for dogs that need to stay apart from the group.

Practical details

Drop-off and pickup hours are 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday.
