South Paw Pet Resort

South Paw Pet Resort is a dog and cat boarding kennel at 8004 Burnt Mill Road in Willards, Maryland. It offers both traditional and luxury-style stays. Owners looking for dog boarding in Willards on the Eastern Shore will find private suites, climate control, and grooming in one place. The resort says its aim is a calm, low-stress stay that keeps pets active while their families are away.

What does a dog's stay include?

Guests stay in private suites, and each one gets an individual Kuranda bed, which keeps dogs off the floor. The building is climate controlled and uses a UV light air purification system. Outside, dogs have two large fenced play yards and a mile of scenic walking trails.

How does the resort handle safety?

The property has 24-hour video surveillance and round-the-clock supervision. Backup generator power keeps the building running if the electricity goes out. That matters for a facility that depends on climate control to keep guests comfortable.

Can cats board here too?

Yes. Cats stay in condos with a separate room for the litter box, and there's a kitty TV for entertainment. That makes South Paw an easy choice for households that need to board a dog and a cat at the same time.
